Jacqueline Balthaser is the firm’s founding principal member and President of the firm. Jacqueline provides over 20 years experience in Public Accounting. She graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting. Jacqueline prides herself with the personal involvement she provides to her clients. She has extensive experience in the areas of tax and accounting for small business, non-profits and individuals. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Jacqueline is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has earned the credential of a Chartered Global Managerial Accountant (CGMA).

Carol Gross is a graduate of Albright College with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has worked with the firm since 2010. Carol is our Senior Staff Accountant. She takes the lead on audits of non-profits and assists small businesses with accounting, including integration and training on QuickBooks and Sage accounting software. Carol also is proficient with individual tax. Carol is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Lukas Gross is a graduate of Geneva College with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Lukas is our Staff Accountant. He started with our firm in November 2017. He assists with payroll taxes, non-profit audits, and small business accounting.

Melinda Wilk is the firm’s Executive Administrative Assistant and Office Manager. She is a graduate of Juniata College with her Bachelor’s Degree. Melinda joined the firm in March 2015 as the executive administrative assistant and was then given additional responsibilities as the office manager. She remained in those roles for a year and a half before leaving to do some additional schooling. She returned to the firm in March of 2017 to continue in those same roles. Melinda brings with her years of experience and is an integral part of our team.
